NEW HANABI HVS-Q12: A Quantum Leap in Switcher Design
FOR-A will unveil its top-of-the-line HANABI Series switcher – the two M/E HVS-Q12 – at NAB. At just 4RU, this powerful switcher provides up to 60 inputs and 30 outputs in 3G mode and up to 42 inputs and 21 outputs in 12G, with four keyers standard for HD/3G, expandable up to eight.

FOR-A has installed its HVS-1200 production switcher in the news production studio of Al Sharqiya. While currently operating in HD, the switcher is ready for 12G-SDI when the channel moves to Ultra HD. The new system provides comprehensive control over cameras and sources, with rich production values through the unique FOR-A MELiteTM technology.
